Kids love it ! Works really well no issues

Very poor quality ! Bought it for my son on his birthday. Stopped working after 1 month. Shows red battery sign even after charging it. No Customer Service support. Don't buy this product.

Revision: the company responded to my concerns and sent a new hoverboard! Thanks for the great customer service! Past comment: I bought this hoverboard less than a year ago and my daughter used it lightly inside the house, no outdoor. The battery died after about 10 months of use and loses charge just two minutes after it is fully charged. I contacted the manufacturer but they said the warranty is for 180 days and there is nothing they can do and offered me to buy a new one! Are you joking? Not recommended at all! Don’t waste your money!

An update to above review... After reporting problem with hoverboards, we were contacted by Likko from Gotrax support team who was very friendly and super helpful to assist with return process, and more impressively setup return from a USA location despite products being purchased in Canada. All we did was to provide a video evidence that showed the problem. The replacement units have been received since and I am happy to report that they working well. Thank you.
