These are great. I wake up in the middle of the night dead thirsty and craving something sweet. These are perfect for me because they help with the dry mouth and satisfy the sweetness craving at the same time, when I'm thirsty anyway I can drink water instead of soda and then just go back to sleep without waking up fifty more times to drink some more. I only used them twice so far and the funny feeling kept me feeling half awake but I'm sure after a few days I'll adjust and learn to sleep even with them.

For anyone suffering with dry mouth or, like me, Sjogren’s Disease, these are perfect for keeping your mouth moist overnight. I use two - one on the top and another on the bottom of my gums, between my cheek and gum. You do have to hold them in place for a minute or two to get them to stick firmly, but once there, they work great and taste really nice too.

These tablets are wonderful. Not only do I take one at bedtime to get me through the night, but I also take one whenever I am going somewhere that may not have water or drinks handy. Works like a dream. I have bought several bottles of these and carry them with me, particularly when traveling.
