I liked these when they arrived but wore them and it hurt my left foots heel. Weird because my other foot felt fine.I may be very particular about my shoes and sandals.The price is good and they seem sturdy.Maybe they’ll be fine for most people and it was just my feet. I’m not 100% sure.But I ended up buying the real Tevas and I’m happy I did it.

I had high hopes for these. The pictures looked swell. Lots of folks left great reviews.I hate returning stuff but unfortunately, I had to.Why?Each strap has a pad underneath. A foam thing covered by a nylon mesh. The problem is, the thickness of the pad prevents the strap from being pulled all the way through the loop and tightened. The pad hits and you can't pull it any tighter. The sandals flop around on my feet. It could actually be dangerous since you could catch the toe on an obstruction and fall on your loco cabeza.The foam pad is totally unnecessary. My old Tevas has nothing more than a plain strap. They tightened right up. No danger of tripping and falling with the Tevas.Another problem with the foam pads is that they'll retain foot sweat and breed bacteria. You could get a rash, or something worse.I'm buying another brand of sandals with just the plain nylon straps.

Teva's have been my favorites for years, but the Camelsports sandals were a great deal, and they are wearing very well. I've had them almost a year now and I am most satisfied. I will be buying another pair.

I bought these to replace a pair of Teva's that bit the dust early, as Teva's apparently do these days. They were much less expensive, and I figured they wouldn't last any longer than the Teva''s, but for less money, that would be okay. But so far, they are doing great despite being rather lightweight. Very comfortable. Would recommend them.

I've been a Teva fan for around 25 years. I've only had two pairs during those decades. The last pair had finally given up the ghost and new sandals were urgently needed.My previous Tevas were (are) approximately 12 years old and were falling apart. Although they didn't owe me anything. I can only hope these Camel Sandals last half as long. I will update their durability as time goes by.I got them just today and already have a few miles on them. I walk a minimum of two miles a day. I recently got over my last heart surgery a few weeks ago and need the exercise. So the Camel's are a replacement for my Teva's.In all honesty, I thought these were the Teva brand when I initially ordered them. It was my error but this Camel is certainly very similar to Teva sandals.To begin with these Camel's are fairly comfortable. Not quite as comfortable as the Texas though. They seem to have less cushioning. Not alot, but enough to be noticeable. The sizing between the Camel and Teva are different. The Camel seems to be a full size smaller than the Teva. I normally wear as size 10 shoe. With Teva it's a size 9. Which still seems to be a half big. The Camel is a size 9 and JUST fits my entire foot. Which is about as small as I can wear.I'll update more as I wear them further. **** for now

The shoe had a good fit, but my feet get hot easily. So the extra padding of the neoprene, although cushiony, was making my feet feel too hot. I also worried it could hold odor. So I passed and returned them and found something different.
