The bottle came shrink-wrapped and was sealed up to avoid any leakage. It is easy to measure the amount you need with the bottle having a pour spout with markings on it. I put it into a one gallon pump sprayer and it mixed easily and sprayed with no crazy odors like some of the products you get at the hardware store. I followed the mixing directions but actually added a bit more to make it stronger which may or may not have been a good idea. Works great!! We moved into a rental house that had never been sprayed for bugs and after one round of this, they’re gone. The house had been taken over by boxelder bugs, Japanese beetles, wasps, ants, carpet beetles, and spiders, just to name a few. I sprayed this stuff around the outside perimeter along with the doors and windows and that took care of it. I sprayed again a couple months later when I found a few ants in the basement.
