how long is the silicon tube? is there a backflow check valve?

Hello, the tube has 60 inches, there are two valves, the white ones are the stop flow valve, and the yellow ones are valves that regulate the speed of the water flow. They are all in the suit. Thank you for your question.

Are the tips soft silicone or solid PVC?, or a combination of both??

The set contains 5 nozzles, 3 blue nozzles are soft silicone, 2 white ones are hard tips, you can choose to use according to different needs. Thank you for your question.

Where is it manufactured?

I can't answer the question of where it's manufactured. I can tell you not to buy it, or any bucket, too small to maintain stability with the tube extended from the bottom like that. I tried it one time and never used it again, going back to my trusty bag.
