I tried this product but bought it straight from the company. I was once on phentermine and thought it was great but you expensive. I tried this product along with the other three pills they suggest and I am amazed at how well they work. I can go all day without eating or having cravings. You need to take tru elevate along with tru control and tru fix in order to get the total benefits. Really, I am overweight for many years now and have tried so many diets but I needed some sort of diet pills to help me along. These pills all together gave me so much energy and helped me not to be hungry. Not sure if the product is the same when ordered from amazon but I ordered mine straight from the company. You can also earn points to go towards future orders. The prices here on amazon are no cheaper then getting it right from the company. I get the 5 sample packets along with the 5 boxes of all the above mentioned. I love it and can assure you it works for me. It says take it twice a day but I only need to take it once a day therefore I have double the pills which la ssd's ts twice as long.

Didn’t seem to do anything for me

You must drink a lot of water! Make sure to eat protein with each meal. It works great! Gives plenty of energy but if you don’t drink a lot of water it can make you anxious if you suffer from anxiety. I figured out the reason they say drink water and drink a lot!

Found out you need to have all 3 parts to work successfully and not sure what happens if you stop using it is this something you have to use all the time to maintain the weight you lose? Is it safe to use long term
