Schott NYC Men's Lc1259 Leather Jacket (pack of 1)

This is my first review in 20 years of shopping on Amazon. I purchased this Schott leather bomber jacket on 28/08/20. I paid £437.73 from Amazon & not a third party seller. I like Schott clothing, I have found it to be great value on Amazon & the quality has always been exceptional. In regard to this particular jacket I purchased the XL size because I previously bought a "Schott NYC Men's Collar Leather Long Sleeve Jacket" in a large size & It was way too tight & I couldn't even raise my arms that much whilst wearing it, so I returned it. It's funny because all the other Schott coats/jackets I've previously purchased were a large size & fitted great, this is the same for Schott clothing. The quality is superb. I'm 6' 1" tall & have a slim build, approximately 79KG. The jacket has decent room for me, particularly when wearing a T - shirt, so I could easily wear a decent sized jumper also, but to be honest I doubt I'd ever need to do so unless I was visiting Siberia or planning to get stuck in a walk in freezer. The leather is lovely quality with a full woollen lining, the zip is of all metal construction. One thing to note is that there is NO internal pockets, only two external hand pockets. The weight of the jacket is reasonable & I've not found it too heavy for prolonged wear. There are multiple colour options with this item, I got the Brown (Cordovan 81). It's a great jacket, highly recommended if you're planning on visiting Siberia or even if you're only planning on walking to the postbox on a cold day.

Perfect. The Only drawback is that it does not include an inside pocket.

Love the jacket, although disappointed that the chain to hang it snapped after hanging second time! Maybe not adequate for the weight of the jacket.

good quality but to slim and i discovered that the jacket is produced in europe only for the european market. schott B3 257s Jacket is produced in usa and in a different fit

I’m a size large but went a size up as advised too in the listing , XL was a perfect fit,this jacket is well worth the money it is pricey yes but you are getting quality jacket,well made very warm and very stylish,jacket really does stand out!!

Absolutely beautiful jacket… the shipping could have been better to make the purchase perfect. It took almost 2 months to arrive and I had to contar the seller.

Un bombardier digne de ce nom ! Offert pour Noël il a fait fureur auprès du destinataire qui a eu les yeux d'un enfant l'espace d'un instant. Ce bombardier est magnifique en même temps Schott c'est la qualité assurée ! Le vendeur est rapide et très sympa. Peur que la veste n'aille pas je l'avais contacté en vue d'un changement de taille. Au final la veste est superbe. Juste petit bémol mon mari étant très musclé et grand de buste et des bras les bras sont un peu courts lorsqu'il allonge les bras volontairement. Prendre la taille au dessus serait inutile car cela baillerait beaucoup trop.
