Is Bumble Bee foods checking their fish for radiation as the pacific is full of it due to Japan????

This is not wild caught salmon, it is not from the pacific. It is farm raised. The package says "wild salmon" but not "wild caught". If it doesn't say wild caught than it is farm raised. I always eat wild caught only but I wanted some salmon in a pouch and this is all the store I was at had. I could immediately tell a difference in the color, taste, and smell. This is definitely farm raised, does not taste anywhere near as good as wild caught.

Can anyone share experience re time to expiration dates on pckg. Hoping for 3 +/- yrs. None listed here. Thanks

On this past order all 12 packages had an expiration date of June 2016. We have already gone through 6 packages. I really don't think that they are going to last until then. LOL.

Does this product need to be refrigerated before opening?

No. As long as you do not open the pack you can store it on a shelf with no issues at all.
