What’s the best way to learn? When your having fun! My babies loved Sid the Science Kid, and now my grands do as well! Halloween is a favorite time of the year for us so when Sid says, “Halloween is his favorite!” my grands can relate! Instant connection! Sid is a Kid who knows how to teach, through fun! This DVD has 2 great episodes on it and is a must have for any kid that is a fan of Sid the Science Kid. The Halloween special has the kids dressed up in "scary" costumes, a bat, a spider, a skeleton and a black cat, but the episode explains what these "scary" things do and how cool they actually are. The other episode, Sid's Health Day, discusses various topics that are important for staying healthy, such as exercise, eating healthy food and taking care of your body so you don't get sick.Our 2 year old son is Sid's biggest fan and he already loves this DVD! We like to watch this show too!

Really cool dvd my 4yr old loves the Halloween song the whole dvd is not Halloween but still great and educational

My 4-year old daughter loves Sid the Science Kid in general and this movie did not disappoint. It is appropriately "spooky" given the viewing age it is meant for and, as are all Sid the Science Kid shows/movies, it is educational. Adults can learn to make a clean, fun "green slime" with their kids from basic staples in their kitchen.

Although this is a Halloween episode, it provides year round entertainment. Sid learns about cats, bats, skeletons, and spiders and finds out that they're not spooky, they're cool. The song about choosing a Halloween costume is my daughter's favorite.

I don't think I could ever say anything bad about any of the Sid programs. I have them all and have never been disappointed. The kids really enjoy them. (So do I.)

My 4 yr and 6 yr old love all the Sid Science videos. After they finish watching, they run around the house trying to do the experiments on their own.
