I’ve always loved silpat sheets, but the ones I have are larger for bigger sheet trays. I just bought an Emeril Lagasse 360 large multi-cooker that air fries and grills among many other functions. These sheets are specifically sized to fit MY trays! It’s great to place them under the basket and other shelves that aren’t solid and just rinse clean when cooking is done. I’ve only used it for air frying, so far, but they were so easy to use. And having a 4-pack is nice so that I’ll have them forever (not that long for an elderly lady! 🤣) But they are very good quality, and I’ll love anything that makes my cooking experience effortless!

Sheets came folded in half down the middle but they still lay out nice and flat. Very thin but handles high convection temperatures and fits perfectly snug with the Emeril Lagasse air fryer/toaster oven accessories
