Arrived assembled except for the hydraulic post. Popped off the red cap and put the chair together in less than a minute. The seat is comfortable for me with a 1.5 inch memory foam pillow on top. I have ischeal bursitis, so if you don't, then maybe you won't need a pillow. I've been sitting on this chair during most of my waking hours for a few months, and I'm happy with the purchase. It's a much better chair than the last two I purchased.

Very comfortable task chair. Easy to assemble, after I went online to download better instructions. Arrived promptly. I ordered black, but received gray, which is why I deducted one star. I kept the gray chair to avoid the hassle of returning. I need to order 9 more, but am hesitant because who knows what color(s) will arrive? HON is a great chair. I have had mine for 26 years. Great investment.

I love my chair. It is comfortable and gives me the support I was looking for. Just beware- it is a small chair. I am a small person & have a student size desk so this fits my needs well. The wheel base is also narrow enough to fit in the 26 inch knee hole. I love that the seat can be lowered to 16" so I can fit under the keyboard. It came in 2 pieces so assembly was a no brainer. In the box, it is heavy. I had to take it out & carry the sections upstairs one at a time.

Comfortable, sturdy construction, forget the cheap chairs and buy this one, you will not be sorry.

This chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I can sit on this for hours without any strain or discomfort. You can assemble this chair in a matter of minutes. The wheels are easy to switch out too!

I purchased three chairs. The Hon chair is perfect.

The chair sits a little low to my desk. I put a chair pad on the seat to raise me higher.

I have been using this as my primary computer chair for a little over 5 years - it has been used 7 days a week for many hours a day, and is still strong and comfortable. I am a large woman with a wide seat and this chair accommodates me comfortably. I am considering buying a second one for another room.
