I am young and post menopausal...I know who cares right? But for all of you out there that can't sleep this stuff is amazing. I have only used it for a short time, so the jury is still in session. But for now I am rested and happy which is a new thing for me since my twenties. By the way I was always a heavy sleeper until the beautiful hormonal storm hit. I tried melatonin as I am very concerned about the ingredients that go into my body, that stuff gave me a post morning hangover. All I can say is relief!!! Ahhhh...........

Compare it ingredient to ingredient vs any other sleep aid, especially for the price, it’s high quality, with clinically studied ingredients. For me, worked better than Pharmaceuticals. This version, not containing melatonin seem to relax you a bit more, where the one with melatonin doesn’t have some of the stress reducers but better if your isue is falling asleep

Finally! Something that prevents some of the brief wakings I typically have all night and allows me to fall back to sleep when I wake at 4a. Do know, though, these are HUGE so those of you with trouble swallowing pills will not want them. Luckily, I take only one at bedtime - not the recommended three. I'll definitely order these again.

The capsules do work well but why are there only enough for 16.66 days per bottle?? My daughter takes the same with melatonin and her bottle covers a month. I've tested it and enough capsules could fit in the current bottle to cover a month, This is so annoying.

We take 1 or 2 of these a night, relax and drift off -give it a good hour......goodnight.
