Got my NAVEE ST3 today, so here’s my first impression. Honestly, I’m really liking it so far. The speed and acceleration are actually really good, especially for a single motor scooter. The suspension is also really nice and handles bumps pretty well. The brakes feel good and strong too. The only thing I noticed was the brake caliper was slightly touching the rotor and making a noise. I adjusted it and that fixed it, so it’s quiet now. The Find My feature is a huge plus for me, especially since my last scooter got stolen. The build quality feels really premium, and I really like the design. It looks clean and sleek without being super bulky. The blinkers, rear light, and bright front light are also nice. I haven’t tested the range yet, so I’ll have to see how it does once I put more miles on it. also charge it to 100% before testing the range and check the brakes and bolts again since that stuff is important. So far, I’m really happy with it. Ride safe and wear a helmet 👍

I wanted to update my original review based on my experience with NAVEE customer service. My original scooter was unfortunately stolen outside a grocery store. One of my biggest concerns was that the scooter does not have an obvious built-in locking point for easily securing it with a heavy-duty physical lock, so I had relied on the electronic locking/immobilization feature through the mobile app. Unfortunately, that did not prevent my scooter from being stolen. I was extremely disappointed at the time, particularly because I actually liked the scooter itself. It performed very well, and my frustration was primarily with the security situation and losing a scooter that I enjoyed owning. However, I have to give NAVEE a great deal of credit for how they handled the situation afterward. After learning what happened, the company worked with me and ultimately sent me a replacement scooter at no charge. That completely changed my perspective on the company. Problems can happen with any product, but what really distinguishes a company is how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. NAVEE listened to my concerns, communicated with me, and ultimately stood behind its customer by replacing the stolen scooter. I sincerely appreciate the way they handled the situation. I still believe NAVEE should consider incorporating a stronger physical locking point into future scooter designs and continue improving the app's security and immobilization features. Those improvements would make an already very good scooter even better. As far as the scooter itself is concerned, I have been very pleased with its performance, power, ride quality, design, and overall build quality. And after seeing how NAVEE responded to my situation, I now also have a much more positive opinion of the company and its customer service. Thank you to the NAVEE team for listening to my concerns and standing behind your customer. Based on how you handled this situation, I would now feel much more comfortable recommending NAVEE to others.

Great suspension, speed up to 25mph, power true to description, smooth riding, mileage true to description. Automatic light for nighttime is very handy. Signal lights are useful on road. Battery life is good as well.

Absolutely love this thing so far. Super fast and extremely reactive. You can feel the power. I wish I used it significantly more often to give a much thorough and confident review but, I’ve only rode it twice and love it so far. Only thing is, apart from the app requirement, you can do a code through the handles and stuff so you can use it without the app, but it’s confusing to figure out. That’s the only downfall I say it has.

i love this scooter. its def rhe best ive owned thus far. the breaks come to a stop smoothly and quickly. i didnt understand the triple break system as it only has 2 breaks but now i understand it automatically begins to break when uou release the trottle. only negative is that it is a bit heavy to carry up or down steps but its worth it for everything the shower offers. ive been riding it regularly in philly streets which are almost like riding off road anyway with all the poor holes everywhere etc. it rides over them smoothly and qiuetly. i set it to go 25 which is fast enough for me. the navee app can be a little weird and annnoying to work at times. but sense the latest update its been working much better and is tracking it right like it's supposed to with the apple find my app. only thing that kind of sucks about that is that you need to be connected to bluetooth for you to even go into the navee app at all. even just to view the miles used and othet stats. or to unlock/lock it. so i wouldnt be able to go in the app to turn the scooter lock on or off unless it was close enough to connect bluetooth. .

Had an issue with the scooter I initially received, reached out to Navee with the issue and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement! Very happy with the purchase and would recommend. The suspension on this scooter is better than most others we’ve had under this roof.

Impressive ride feel but it’s falling apart after a month. We had to get a replacement charger, screws are randomly backing out, and now the adhesive on the traction pad is failing. I wish we’d bought a main stream brand.

Its great, but be aware those tires only heal in the bottom, i got a slash on the side and been having problems to find a new tire that fit. Editing my post. I bought third party tubeless tires, they are awesome and i dont know why Naave don't sell then or even build the scooters with it already.
