very effective, took my first dose as soon as it was received, i did not have the horrible swelling and ankle pain when i went to bed. when i woke up my foot was almost back to normal with minimal puffiness. it tastes okay not fruity, and not like medicine. I just put it straight on my tongue. Another plus, it did not send me to the bathroom every five minutes.

Okay, Like any detox herbal remedies, some are more powerful than others. This product let's you know it's contents, but not necessarily it's concentration. The bottle only says take 1Mil / day. I would stick with that for a few weeks. I say this because I'm only on day 3 and I started feeling it's effects on day two. Much of the ingredients I'm familiar with, and all of which are excellent for a lymph cleanse. This total combination is powerful. DO NOT exceed the 1Mil/day for about a week. You could up it after, just go slow. Your getting your $ worth.... I am considering starting to take some Diatomaceous Earth and/or some charcoal in a few days. when your system releases what's in your nodes, it will dump into your blood and digestive system for removal. if you have a lot of built up toxins, YOU WILL FEEL IT. So go slow and (This is NOT medical advice, this is just my journey) It's step one of three. Next will be 3 day liver cleanse, followed by a 30 day parasite cleanse process. In six months I'll do it all over again for maintenance. This is a good product. It tastes like cough syrup. I place under my tongue, and allow to dissolve into my mouth.

It is very hard for me to take any herbal supplements because they taste so horrible. I was expecting to gag, squint, and make many faces as i prepared to swallow this supplement but was pleasantly surprised when i was able to swallow it without doing any of that... LoL. There is only a hint of the herbs after it sits on your tongue for a few seconds because its natural sweetener mask it pretty well. However I prefer to use it in water or juice instead because its a little too sweat for my liking. Never the less I would give it a 4 out of 5 because I just purchased this and waiting to see the results it will have on my body.

I have serious GI issues that I've been dealing with for over a year. And it's thrown my lymphatic system out of whack. It constantly fluctuates, I get bruises that come and go. My systems is a bit different so I dont have the stomach to absord things like everyone else. My docs said to use double the dose and they would monitor it see what happens. First couple of weeks there was some change, but significant, so we started to use double the dose 2x a day. In the morning and evening. Definite difference, not as much flux swelling and the bruising has gone down significantly. As long as I have no issues with this and my docs dont see a problem I'll keep using it. I definitely would let people know to use this. But I wouldn't change the recommended dose on your own. Talk to your doctor first. ***The Lymphedema Clinic is booked for the next 6 months. Severe Lymph issues like mine can be very painful. When you've exhausted every effort for relief that when you look elsewhere for help. But still stay within guideline of your health professionals so that you don't make things worse.

So far I didn't see any change, but it taste good and delivery was fast.

WHAT IS IT This supplement is a blend of 11 powerful natural herbs with raspberry flavoring in a base of sunflower oil. USE IT FOR A WHILE, THEN RATE IT Many people write a rating on the first day or first few days after receiving a product. What good is that? How would you know how it works if you have just received it or just started using it? Those ratings are virtually useless. So, it is my habit to wait until I've used a product (if I did not find any problem with it at the get-go) for a period of time before offering to rate it. DOSE AND SERVINGS The product is to be taken 25 drops per day, and the bottle claims it has 60 servings in it. I would contest that, as I'm on day 47 and there are only maybe one or two servings left in the bottle. So, it falls well shy of 60. ABOUT LYMPH FLOW The product is to "promote lymph drainage." You lymph system is internal and excretes its waste through urine, bowel movements, etc. External signs of poor lymph drainage might be swellings in your lower limbs and feet, as the lymph pools and backs up, a heavy feeling in the extremities, a feeling of pressure, etc. as the lymph gets sludgy and does not drain properly. It's a common problem experienced by many people, especially as they age or become less mobile. WAS IT WORKING? While I cannot know what was happening inside my body due to taking this supplement, I can say that I did not experience ANY visible exterior changes for the better. No swelling going down anywhere. No change in lymph sluggishness. No visible signs of relief. NO ASCERTAINABLE BENEFIT While I realize that each person's body is unique, and that supplements can have different results for each person using them, in my case, I don't believe I experienced any positive change that I could determine. Therefore, I will not be repurchasing this product. And, since I can't count any positive benefit from it FOR ME, I am giving it a one star rating. Your experience with it may be different if you want to spend the money to try it. But, using it for 47 days did nothing for me as far as I can tell, so I won't be continuing use after this bottle is finished.
