I love it. Works fine. Kinda slow though and and it doesn't accept the product key

I have problems with the battery of the laptop. I can start the laptop only with the electricity, the battery don’t charge.

This computer is a notebook. I was expecting a computer a little bigger, but now I like the nice size. It had an easy set up that I did myself. I even loaded one of my older software office programs onto it and the program works on this windows 10. I am not able to access the internet and get to some websites. The computer runs very slow which is very frustrating to me. I also am not accustomed to the apps that I have to use. I just wanted a simple computer to surf the net and do some letter writing and print envelopes. This computer does not perform for the tasks I wanted it to do. I will buy a fully loaded computer from Best Buy the next time. I expressed my concerns in an e-mail to the seller and all I received was a print out of steps to take. The seller did not answer my question nor was he helpful. If anyone knows what I can do to get a faster running web search I am open for comments.

Great laptop. It's replacing my MacBook Air that Apple decided to no longer support with software updates and additionally no longer makes replacement batteries for. For under $300 it's a steal.

Good condition

The product arrived on time although wrapped in plastic was poorly packaged with no product information or instructions included. The laptop was smaller than expected. Purchasers nee to know you must enter the product code after scratching off the silver layer over the numbers on the bottom of the machine. The product number DID NOT work. It was necessary to e-mail the company who took two days to respond. A phone call was made to expedite the procedure but there was only a recording requesting customer information for a return call which never came. When the return e-mail came in it gave the instructions for the scratch off product number, which still DID NOT work. It was necessary to reset the machine to accept the product number. Once done, the product number was again entered but DID NOT work. The machine began its setup procedures without it. However, the machine continued to indicate the product number was invalid, but the machine is operational. Furthermore, the machine will not currently accept Microsoft Apps and a new account had to be initiated.
