Citocoline is an amazing nootropic, depot is very expensive.
I use a type of choline on days when I’m active so 6 times a week except sundays when I like to chill out. I usually use citocholine, Alpha gpc, and bacopa extracts. Depot is generally very expensive but for the MG per dollar it about evens out. Since my purchase I have bought from a bulk supplier and their less quality controlled supplement was just as good. As a product this is amazing, just wish it was cheaper for an everyday user.

Didn't notice the difference
idk if I got the one that wasn't strong enough or if I wasn't supposed to feel anything till 90 days later, but I couldn't tell the difference after 1 full bottle.

so far so good.. I've only been taking this 2 weeks but I can tell the difference - I feel more longevity throughout the day and a little more clarity so far. I'm taking two per day as it recommends one or two per day.
