Did what the directions said to do and removed the tab on the bottom then put the k cup in and pressed start.. got grounds and hardly any coffee. Tried again and same thing happened. I want to love this coffee because of the health benefits but need to redo k cups to work properly especially paying this price for it.

Excellent! Expensive

I love this coffee. Its not bitter, has a smooth full bodied taste. About 20 minutes after I drank it I felt a little fuzzy wave of energy come over me. Its a clean energy feeling. It's a quality product as far as coffee and the pods. My only complaint is it ie expensive. I will buy it again but I will have to use sparingly because of that price.
