Are these hard neck or soft neck? Description says one thing, Title another. soft neck won't grow well in Zone 3 or 4.

These are hard neck garlic. We were very pleased with the harvest. We're in zone 5b.

I see that these come from china. does the claims of being organic and non-gmo meet the us definitions and standards for this?

Our garlic is organically grown at our farm in Washington State. There are many offers from growers in China. We cannot recommend them as they are usually treated with chemicals.

Hard Neck and mine is growing great..

Are these hard neck or soft neck? Title says hard, but description says soft.

Hi, They are hard necks. They are excellent tasting. I have grown them for years. Bulbs will vary in size depending on the growing conditions. They correspond to the size of the planted cloves. Larger cloves equal larger garlic cloves at harvest. Large or medium cloves both are tasty.
