That picture is not correct. That package was UNDER the chair. So, that tells me after the picture was taken, the package was kicked under the chair. Why on God's green Earth would someone put a package BESIDE OR UNDER A CHAIR? Why not put it IN the chair? That's just common decency, thoughtfulness for someone else. I have delivery instructions to put ALL packages in the chair. I'm older, bending over to pick up something off the porch is a little scary for me. It's a shame that delivery people are not instructed to place packages on chairs or tables. Yeah, I know you're excuse: porch pirates.
