The seller did not refund the full amount even after I paid for shipping the product back by myself which is not acceptable. now I am sending messages to them to fix.), The product is very slippery and not comfortable to sleep on. We decided to return because of those issue but apparently they want us to pay for the return shipping. Will not recommend

They also sent the wrong colour (teal green Instead of blue), but nor worth the hassle of desertcarts new return policy. It’s 100% Polyester, it’s not at all cooling. In fact polyester satin traps and builds up heat so it has the opposite effect. Quality would be ok if the description wasn’t misleading.
