Your spending $70. You get what your paying for. Overall these are good skates for people who are new, or go out a few times. My blade came crooked. When you get them, you’ll need to get them sharpened. They have a very stiff frame, which over time will come uncomfortable. Size fits what it says it does. For $70, I can’t complain.

I am 6' 2" and around 240 lbs. and a beginner-intermediate skater. I have used these skates around 2-3 times a week for an hour at a time for over 1.5 months.I absolutely love these skates. They feel great and still look brand new, even after ~20 hours of use.All skates I have ever worn always feel floppy on me. These skates are no different on that front. They are very stiff on the outside because of the carbon fiber shell. I just feel like my ankles are too loose. I discovered a life hack with this pair ~I wear ankle braces inside. With the braces on, I have complete control with the blades always directly under my feet. I don't have to tie the laces overly tight. I can perform aggressive maneuvers such as slide stops.Anyway, yess I know I am new to skating but I love this product. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I purchased these ice skates for my husband who has never skated before. My 7 year daughter just learned how to skate & my husband wanted to learn as well! I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money, so I searched on your website & found these American Ice Force Hickey skates for an awesome price. We received them in 3 days. My husband was so excited! Two days later we took my daughter to a man-made outdoor rink that my town supplies every winter for the kids. The skates fit him perfectly! My husband is 6 foot 4 & wears a size 12! When he put the ice skates on he looked about 7 feet. =) The skates were not only a great price, but they are made very well. I'm very pleased with my purchase & I made my daughter very happy because her daddy now can ice skate with her!Thank youJuliann K.

Way to small. I'm a size 12 which is what I ordered at first. Super tight, super small, could not even place my feet in there. I returned it and got a size 13 which is the max size here. Still way to small. My toes hurt using these skates. Also, the arch is way to defined. It's a hard plastic shoe so it doesn't mold to your feet, with me being flat footed, this gave me great pain. Also, no cushions in the soles. It's literally a peice of paper. Do not buy this, it's a waste of time and money. Get the real skates and stop being so cheap.

Bought them too big. Need to downsize the size. Other then that,they arw good skates.

These skates are awesome!! After some breaking in these skates increase my maneuverability and give me more speed. Yes of course before I bought these skates I hadn't done so in neatly 10 years, so I fell on my butt several times. I'm clearly not anything near a professional by any means, but these skates being hockey ones, I immediately fell into the persona of a hockey player. I started to slam other skaters into the glass, whipping pucks with a makeshift hockey stick down the ice, and checking people. Very shortly I was thrown out. My life started falling into a deep depression and soon I was not allowed in any hockey rink again. Well for the times I did skate I loved these skates and will hopefully be able to continue skating as much as possible. Thank you!
