You must take the phone out of the case
I have a silicon case that must have some metal in it. It’s very thin but will not allow my phone to charge. I just tried a much thicker case and have no problem charging.The plug gets really hot while charging. I am on the fence with this so far, but it may just be me. If I can find a slim profile case that allows wireless charging, I would be tickled pink!
