The Berket 3-way metal T-Adapter connected to the toilet tank leaked no matter how tight I made the connection, even with the use of Teflon tape. The T-Adapter that came with the Boss Bidet never leaked so it took me a while to figure out why some have complained about other brands of T-Adapters with a shut off valve leaking at the connection to the toilet tank. I replaced the rubber washer that came with this 3-way T-Adapter with the one that came with the Boss Bidet T-Adapter. This beveled rubber washer is thicker, one side is convex and the opposite side is flat. Once I replaced the washer and used Teflon tape, the leak finally stopped. The beveled rubber washer is installed with the flat side facing out. The Berket 3-way T-Adapter is an excellent quality product. It would be perfect if they did something about the flat rubber washer. I tried finding a beveled rubber washer at Home Depot, but they did not have one that would fit a 7/8" female end of the T-Adapter. I checked on Amazon and they sell one for a few pennies, but the shipping charge is over $5.00. I gave the Berket 3-way T-Adapter 4 stars because of the washer problem, otherwise it is worth 5 stars.

I'm using this in a bidet attachment setup on my toilet. The water pressure is too strong otherwise. The lever on this thing allows me another point of pressure control in the whole setup, and it's what makes the difference. The actual functional range of this thing, at least in this application of it, is actually a very small percentage of its total swivel range, but I don't care. Whatever gets the job done. This thing leaked when I first installed it, but only because I had accidentally left out the rubber washer. Once I put that in and screwed the thing back on, there was not a drop of leakage. So it does what it's supposed to do without any problems. Recommended.

Valve is exactly as described; packaged well and was easy to install. Looks good and should last a long time. Would buy again.

This Valve seemed ok, but it didnt quite match the threading of my Toilet. It actually started to strip the plastic pipe coming out of my toilet. I tried it on two different toilets and the same thing happened. I dont know if this was defective, or if there are slightly different threading sizes in China. Either way, I couldnt get it to work, and returned it, and got a Genie T-Valve which worked perfectly.

The 7/8” fitting was the wrong size – too large to fit my shower pipe. So I had to return the unit and get one that fit properly.

The adapter that came with my Neo 120 bidet started leaking and this was a perfect fit and a much nicer looking replacement. Smooth chrome finish, easy to install, zero leaks.
