Didnt work

Loved the product as it was so much fun for our kids but after 4 month it suddenly stopped working with no reason. Changed the batteries but it was still not working. I wrote to the company I ordered from as it was just 4 month and should still be under warranty but never ever got an message from them. This was even more disappointing. Can't recommend the seller.

Bath time became so much easier after we started using this. Instead of pouring water with a cup, I can gently rinse my baby's hair and body with one hand while supporting him with the other. The water flow is soft and steady, so it doesn't scare him or splash all over his face. The elephant design is adorable, and the pump works exactly as expected. We've used it many times, and the battery has lasted well. It's also lightweight and easy to move between the bathtub and sink. As you can see in my video, it makes rinsing much more controlled and keeps bath time calm and enjoyable. Edit. I received another as a gift and it works great! The first one just must have been a lemon. My new one works everytime and is fun, great to have, and easy to use. Just watch out, you'll probably get sprayed by the kids. 😊 ------ I bought this product, put batteries in it, and tried it and it worked. I get it to the bathtub and it won't work at all. Sounds like the motor is burnt up or I don't know what. It's very loud and it absolutely no water will come out of the spray part. I returned mine and did not get another one because why waste my money on something that doesn't work. It's too bad to because I really really wanted this to work for my baby's hair. And just having fun in the bath.
