Works Great
While I am giving it 5 stars it is not perfect. I do agree with others there is not alot of weight to it. I found leaning back in a chair or laying down on it adds that weight factor to make it better. It truly helped my shoulder and neck pain, I even fell asleep on it. Material seem strong, heat output is great, and I am 6'4 and it fits me nicely.

Therapeutic tool!
Quality therapeutic device! My personal preference is not to snap it closed even though there is plenty of room, it feels restrictive. I need to use this more. Will update when my mother tries it bc her honesty is brutal.

Shoulders fine; neck not so much
this heating pad is good; fits over shoulders well and a bit down middle of back, but around neck not so well; must hold it around neck to get heat to spot I need it. may be able to sew some sort of attachment to pad to have it grip closer to neck, but haven’t done so yet. heat in pad is appropriate and warms well; ordered another scarf-like neck heating pad & waiting for it to arrive.

This is a great design (as heating pads go). It has been durable and reliable.
