I wanted to get a rebounder for adrenal health as well as physical conditioning. The problem I had was both of us are over 200lbs which doesn't work well with every rebounder. Then I found the Tozott rebounder with max load 450lbs/600lbs. The perfect amount of tension of the mat so I don't feel like I'm going to touch the ground. Excellent for movement. The rebounder is sturdy, I don't feel like it's going to break even when I'm doing a hard core workout. It was really easy to assemble this thing, the hardest part was getting it out of the box, which just means the rebounder is well packaged for shipment. I have it set up in the living room so I can bounce away while watching a show and it's pretty quiet, I don't need to turn the volume on the tv up and I don't disturb anyone else. Overall, great rebounder at a great price. I highly recommend this to anyone over 200lbs that's looking for a low impact fun way to get moving.

I work from home and struggle to get exercise in during the day since I am required to be available for video calls with only a few minutes notice, this makes walks around the block or trips to the gym during work hours really tough. I wanted something I could do at home that wouldn't force me to leave the office, so when I saw this trampoline I grabbed one. I was able to set it up quickly and noticed it felt pretty sturdy and felt stable, I'm not a small guy so this was a bonus.I've used it for a couple weeks now and am loving it as much as I thought I would, it's a great way to get the blood flow to your legs after sitting for a few hours, easy enough to get started and feels pretty low impact (depending how you use it I'm sure but possible to be low impact). I can feel my muscles getting a good stretch and even though they felt pretty worn the first few days I can sense the tone getting there and my muscles adapting to the new exercise, that's always a great thing to me.Very happy with this purchase, and love the size, makes it easy to slide under the couch or whatever when I need the space. Would be again, and would recommend.

I ordered this rebounder to shake up my exercise routine. It is very sturdy and well made but the weight capacity advertised is 600 pounds while the instruction manual states 330 pounds.

I bought this originally for a home workout rebounder, but also for a mini trampoline for my kids to play on. I was overly surprised at how easy this was to put together. The base comes folded up with all springs attached and perfectly aligned (although the instructions mentioned to check them, they were perfect upon opening the box). Very easy to assemble as, with a few quick attachments, I was jumping within 10 minutes. The overall product quality is top notch.Using this for rebounding workouts was a breeze as the frame feels very high quality and you can throw a lot at it. As a 6' tall 180 lb. male, I threw everything I had at it and it didn't shift or rock. The easy to adjust handlebar went high enough for me to get a comfortable grip, but low enough for my young son to adjust to a comfortable height. The knobs that came with it made it easy to install, secure when tight, but easy to adjust. Finally, the foam grip on the handlebar made it comfortable regardless that I was jumping in a cold garage.I would recommend this rebounder to anyone looking to add to their home gym equipment. Great product overall.
