How do I remove the pull string on the Pixie Disc?

Most people love our pull string. However, if you try it and decide it's not for you (or want it shorter), simply cut it with a pair of scissors, and then use a nail file to file until smooth. See instructions for how to remove without the string.

What happens if I get the wrong size?

Do these work for a short, high, or tilted cervix?

Discs are ideal for any cervix since they directly hug the cervix. For the Pixie Cup, this completely depends on your body. You likely won’t have any problems, but if you do experience leaking or pain, remember that we offer a 100% happiness promise.

When using the bathroom, your pelvic floor muscles relax, allowing your Pixie Disc to empty without you removing it. However, this feature tends to work for some and not for others. If it does empty, simply tuck the rim back behind your pubic bone.

Can I wear my Pixie Cup and Disc while swimming, peeing, doing yoga, having intercourse, or wearing an IUD?

For the Pixie Cup, you can do all of these things except intercourse. But that's what the Pixie Disc is for ;) We recommend talking to your gynecologist about using your Pixie Cup with an IUD and possibly having your IUD strings trimmed slightly.

5 stars for amazing customer service!! I love these products and the kit comes with everything you need, like a cup for sterilizing, wipes for if you ever need a quick clean, and a cleanser to wash your cups and discs. The sizes of the cup and disc didn't work well for me, but the seller happily sent out new sizes straight away, free of charge. This brand also seems more affordable compared to other brands of menstrual cups and discs.

I ordered this kit after 2 things 1 learning about the amount of lead in traditional period products and 2 seeing the tiktok acount for pixie. If someone has enough confidence in their products to make a video of how to use them in a public setting (reason I was so intimidated about regarding this) then I'm willing to give it a try. They are not joking about the learning curb but the pixie website and tiktok account has some amazing resources to help with getting the cup in and out again. You have to be comfortable with your body for one. But since switching my cramps haven't been as bad this cycle the only time I got leaks was day one after 7 hours of heavy bleeding. I've had a kid and have always been heavy in my cycle. I wish I would've made the switch sooner. I'll probably keep tampons on me in case of emergencies but this will also be for number 1 go to from here on out. Im not getting the same irritation as i do with other products and has been stress free.

My cup ended up being too small and the disc is really hard to figure out how to put in. They are sending me a new larger cup and disc free of charge to see if those will work. I’m very hopeful and want it to work so bad. I think it’ll make being on my cycle easier if I can figure it out, especially being a mom of three under three.
