This grip fixed everything I didn't like about my LCR
Fit and feel A+ The grip is a tad longer than the original grip and allows for full 4-finger handling. Now having my pinky on the grip greatly increases recoil stability. The standard red laser CT grip is smaller, although maybe that's what you want in a EDC revolver. I personally prefer this. Although this grip does have rubber inserts, they do not cling to my shirt like the hogue grip did. The butt is smooth plastic. The design is flawless. Functionality, brightness and battery life A+ I couldn't ask for more, this is a high quality laser. Easy to adjust and stays on point through several hundreds of rounds at the range. Using a laser instead of a sight allows me to focus more on my surroundings and my target with ZERO penalty to accuracy. It's more comfortable to fire this way and, in fact, I hit smaller targets from farther away, more rapidly now thanks to this.

Great for EDC.
Really shows up in daylight. Does have lower battery life than red. Fits Ruger great and gives little longer grip length.

Defective out of the box. Cheezy toy plastic grips. Returned
Not sure about the validity of some of these other reviews. The stock grips on the LCR are excellent. Beefy and grippy. Nice textured rubber. The CT grips are simply two halves of a light plastic shell. Like a squirt gun. I would assume that if you dropped your weapon or stepped on it the grips would crack open. I never got that far, because the unit didn't operate once it was installed (by gunsmith). CT, you may be the only game in town, but for $200 bucks? Come on.

Rather Disappointed but adequate.
When I bought Crimson Trace I thought I was buying a quality product but it's not. It's a Mickey Mouse setup with cheap construction. The battery cover has such a small screw it's almost impossible to get the cover screwed down in place if you have big hands like myself. The feel of the grip is great for big hands. The laser is adjusted by tiny screws on the right side of the grip, where the grip meets the frame. Micro screw driver provided. My laser was totally off. In all, this is a cheaply constructed product, probably around twenty bucks to make, surely not the three hundred and twenty bucks I sent on it. I gave it a four star because it's functional but reliability will tell in time.

Works perfectly!
I love my CT laser grips. I bought the grips because I have a problem with my right eye that is untreatable. I thought that with this laser sight I would be able to focus more on the target than on the iron sights. Boy oh boy, did this exceed my expectations. In the first place, rather than raising my arms and looking down the handgun to the sights, I can focus on the target no matter where I hold the gun. In the second place, the green laser is easy to see whether it's daylight or evening or night...and it can be seen farther than the red laser (I tested it against my husband's red laser CT). In the third place, my husband keeps telling me I need to keep both eyes open when shooting my handgun. But, as a long time rifle shooter, I can't get over the habit of closing one eye to shoot...and I am right eye dominant. I don't have to worry about this anymore. In the fourth place, this grip is very comfortable. The Hogue grips I had before always hurt the webbing by my thumb and turned it red. I would have to put a thick band-aid on before target shooting just so I could hold the gun after the first shot. These grips do not make my hand hurt at all. I love it.
