Erotic Comics: A Graphic History from Tijuana Bibles to Underground Comix Hardcover – March 1, 2008

This book is massive I thought it was going to be some little thing. Pictures are plenty and very nice! My only issue is the way it came. The hard cover comes with a paper cover (?) but that paper is not tight so it kind of moved along its trip to me. I wish it were packaged very tight instead of in this big box with air filled plastic protection. Luckily the paper isnt too damaged but it couldve been brutal. This book was a great purchase. Highly recommend it!

Very informative. I love things that show comics aren't just kiddie-fare.

This book has a lot of information as well as amazing pictures. It covers everything from ancient erotica to pinup girls to modern playboy comics. I was very impressed. :)

This is a great book, lots of pictures and just enough text to inform the reader rather than just to bog them down. Highly recommended!

Some really good history, but missing some of the pieces that made underground comics what they were.It is mostly about the more "tame" of the underground comics. There was a very dark underside to these comics that is missing in this book.A true history needs to examine all of the sordid pieces of this part of comic history. You can black it out...edit it, if you wish, but do not ignore it.
