Looks like these will work fine, though the loose screw makes them a little harder to install compared with others where the screw is embedded.

Works exactly as they should. Big long screws are separate from the plastic spool so you'll need a long phillips drill bit or use a screwdriver. You telephone people need to start buying these and using them to tidy up your cross connects.
