We immediately unpacked it and installed it upon its arrival. It took us less than half an hour to install. I am BEYOND happy with this purchase! I can now leave my laundry room door opened without being totally embarrassed. Everything looks so neat and pretty now. I am a very happy girl. If we had known, we would have purchased this a long time ago. If you are like I was, no room to fold clothes due to the gap between your washer and dryer and a laundry room that lacks pizzaz, order this countertop! You wont regret it. Review: We just had to replace our washer & dryer, and I was slightly annoyed at how many things had fallen behind the units. (so that's where my garden gloves went!) It occurred to me that I could build a countertop, maybe with a lip around the edges so stuff wouldn't fall off. And then it occurred to me that I'm not that handy, so I looked for a pre-made solution. This looked pretty good and SpaceAid is an actual company rather than a random drop shipper, so I ordered it the oak version. It's solid - I mean, it's really solid. Heavy, even. I managed to assemble it myself and barely managed to lift it onto the washer & dryer, but recommend that you consider getting someone to help you. It was actually quite easy to put together using the included allen wrench. Just pay attention and don't screw one of the sides on in the wrong direction (curved sides go in the front). It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble and that includes having to re-install the side I put in wrong. There are stick-on pads to put on the underside which serve the dual purpose of stabilizing the countertop and protecting the washer & dryer finish from scratches. The oak color is a light oak, similar to white oak, although I should have gone with something darker to pair with my gray appliances. Oh well. The countertop fits perfectly across our LG 5500-series pair. ## Features - BEAUTIFUL COUNTERTOP- Keep your washer and dryer top space organized with this countertop; Make your laundry room storage functional by the spacious cover holder; Color White Marble; SIZE: 54"W x 27.5"D x 2.7"H - THOUGHTFUL EDGE DESIGN- The laundry countertop features raised edge designs on the left, right and back sides; To prevent items from falling; This modern deisgn can also fit with any home decor style - STURDY CONSTRUCTION - Made of durable solid board which is easy to clean; Sturdy enough to hold lots of laundry hamper room accessories; Live an organized life with this laundry countertop - NON SLIP PADS INCLUDED- The laundry storage counter shelf comes with non slip pads to make the shelf stay in place; It can prevent this washer and dryer countertop from sliding around - SIMPLE EASY TO ASSEMBLE - It is easy to put this wood laundry topper countertop together; You will get clear instructions in package; Effortlessly set up our washer dryer shelf for quick assembly ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D69JZYCV | | Brand | SpaceAid | | Color | White Marble | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (579) | | Date First Available | 2 August 2024 | | Item Weight | 16.1 Kilograms | | Material | Engineered Wood | | Model Number | 24XYDB-DC05-WDLS | | Product Dimensions | 69.85 x 137.16 x 6.86 cm; 16.1 kg | | Special Features | Easy to Install | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SpaceAid - **Colour:** White Marble - **Material:** Engineered Wood - **Product dimensions:** 69.9L x 137.2W x 6.9H centimeters - **Style:** Modern ## Images ![SpaceAid Washer Dryer Countertop, Laundry Wood Shelf Topper with Edge, 54" Width x 27.5" Depth Cover Guard Organizer for Washer and Dryer Laundry Hamper Counter Storage Organization (White Marble) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61XBBKZt7RL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***A on 4 January 2025* The counter top arrived quickly and nicely packaged. The box was very well padded with styrofoam & the countertop was laid inside it with the hardware taped to the lid of the box. Very sturdy cardboard & styrofoam corners meant nothing was moving around. The instructions were easy to follow & everything was drilled perfectly & lined up correctly. I love the pads they included as they are extremely well made with a great adhesive and once I got them placed onto the bottom, nothing was moving! This is a very solid countertop for your washer/dryer. It isn’t a custom piece so I wasn’t expecting it to curve out like my washer dryer set does. However, I was very impressed with how well it fit into my space. I like the update and extra folding space I now have for a very reasonable price. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/713981922-spaceaid-washer-dryer-countertop-laundry-wood-shelf-topper-with-edge](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/713981922-spaceaid-washer-dryer-countertop-laundry-wood-shelf-topper-with-edge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
