This is a very impressive gongfucha tea set. Beautiful craftsmanship and well worth the price. I have been looking for a traditional Chinese tea set for awhile, and I am very excited to find this one. Although I could get a tea set in China when visiting my family over there, the quality in the same price range would not be better than this; not mention the inconvenience of packing and carrying along the way back. Two items in the original shipment were defectives, I email the seller about it. They immediately arranged a replacement. Then for the following week, they consistently keep me informed with the updates on the shipping and tracking information. The arrangement arrived perfectly and very prompt. I have been used it twice ever since and everything is great. I have no regrets on this purchase.

TBH, I’m trying to be fair on the review. The tube connect the plate smells terrible. And the tools of tea, we can even smell the paint after I washed it with soap. The brush was losing its hair like 50 years old man. Also the item was delivered two days after it supposed to.

Great set that looks beautiful and is functional. Everything in the picture is included. It arrived much earlier than I expected (though the tracking information wasn't available). It was shipped in a very carefully packed box with styrofoam. My only issue was that one of the pee pee boys has a crack in his hip that makes him not work...sad, but it does come with 2 of them. Everything else is wonderful! Make sure you wash it off when it comes becuase the styrofoam it comes in clings to the clay.

Will give an update after a couple of uses.The first impression is "YAY! Love it!" I love all the tools, the board, the cups, even the little "dirty monkey dolls" with their genitalia showing.Because most pieces are in an individual slot in a Styrofoam casing, you can get a large bowl and fill with water to easily remove those little bits. I did not notice any cracks, or chips on any cups or pots.I would have given five stars if not for the strainer. The mesh part seems to have been glued on [with a metal washer over it that looks like it can be screwed/popped on]. Because I washed everything in warm/hot water the glue became tacky and I was able to scrap some of it off. I am afraid though that when I am using this for tea, the warm water will mix with the glue on this one piece. I will have to get something other than my fingernail to get as much of the glue off as I can.

a completely wonderful tea set - it appears well made and it is both fun and practical to use.

The coloring of the pot appears to be through a strange glaze or coating, a dark drip of it ran from the rim into the pot itself. The edges of the cup revealed a brighter, orange color underneath. I am not convinced this is authentic. I won't be using it.
