Review: Worth. It. - If you're not reading these reviews because you have some cheaper sliders and they suck, then count yourself lucky for finding these first. They may seem spendy, but if you want to incorporate sliders into your exercise routine, these are hands-down the best ones I've found. They slide much better than the cheap flat discs I bought to start with, and I appreciate the slight curvature for the times when you drag the slider towards you. Each one is also big enough to put both sets of toes on for doing something like pike-to-plank, or planking with crunches. Sometimes I find certain moves work better with both legs locked together, and on a single slider, and these are just big enough to accommodate that. I use these on hardwoods and haven't had a mark. The felt is good quality, and I've had mine for months with no pilling. I do periodically give the felt a brush off with my towel after using them. I would have saved money if I'd found these first.

They add another level of challenge and add a little variety to the workout. They’re also really durable and the way they sort of curve up around the edges helps them stay put instead of being too slippery and potentially causing injury. Overall I would definitely recommend these - they are worth the extra money!

A: Yes. The fabric for hard floors easily comes off for carpet.

A: They curve up I like these better than the flats the size is nice

**Q: Has anyone ordered replacents for the felt? Mine is pilling like crazy after a month of use.**
A: No- used them for a year and although there is polling still work fine so no need to replace

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the Expensiveness!

I had the crappy cheap flat disks that would not stay under my feet and felt weird. I noticed Cathie Friederich used different looking ones, like these. After searching my butt off and not being able to find this "type" anywhere else for less...I splurged. These are AWESOME!! The way they curve up around the edges makes my feet stay securely on, they have slightly more resistance too, which makes the exercise more effective. I always wondered why Cathe Friederichs crew spent so much time on those "stupid disks", until I got the right quality ones. Only downside-they get "stuck" in sweat drops on my hard floors. I have to keep moving around to avoid my sweat drops. These are worth the $$.
