Doesn't work, virtually sucks your eyeball out of your head and doesn't remove lens in the process

I can get the item to grip the lens but it won't hold when I try to remove it. Assume I'm doing something wrong. Some instructions would have been good

Im sorry but it arrived in a broken case but also i could not make it take my contact lense out
