Don't expect flowers anytime soon
Bought these seeds 6 or 7 years ago. Had a tough time even getting the seeds to germinate. Then when I finally planted it, it took 2 - 3 years to finally establish itself in the location. Then we waited for the beautiful flowers to attract more hummingbirds to our yard. And we waited, and waited, and waited for it to flower. Finally this spring I got online and found this: "Trumpet vines can take five to six years to become established and bloom well, but once they get going, watch out!". And then about a week ago surprise! We got our first 2 blooms, which were promptly eaten by something. We see more buds, so we'll definitely get more flowers, I just need to figure out what's eating the flowers. Don't plant these seeds unless you're going to live in that location for several years, I probably would have found a quicker flowering plant if I'd have known. Good luck!

One of 20
I planted all of the seeds spread across a 3' trough shaped planter. So, they were all exposed to the same conditions. One seems to be growing well - almost 3". One other broke the surface but has not grown and seems to be dying. None of the others have sprouted at all. I don't understand it- but am pretty disappointed. I am trying to cover a large section of fence. I don't think one plant is going to do it.

Not what I ordered
The package was slow getting here but some of the seeds germinated in 24 hours! Unfortunately, they're not seeds for the plant I ordered. I will grow some of them in a pot to see if I can figure out what I actually received.

14 of 20 seeds sprouted, took a long time to germinate.
Coming back to edit my review. It took about a month and a half, and I was finally able to get 14 out of the 20 seeds to grow. This took a lot of patience!I soaked the seeds for about three weeks. Then, when I was finally about ready to give up one sprouted, so I planted all of the seeds just to see if any others would take. So far 14 have sprouted, and there may be more since one just came up yesterday.I was hoping for at least one viable plant but I’m thinking I might have more when this is all done. :)

No Label, No Directions
I ordered 5 different packages of seeds of 5 different kinds of flowers. None of them were labeled, and none of them had directions for sowing. Never having grown any of these 5 different types of flowers, I have no idea of which package is which. So I can't even look up directions for planting and growing. I have tried germinating each type of seed the larger seeds the traditional way, between wet paper towels, because I didn't want to waste potting soil if they were not going to grow, and only 2 out of 12 sprouted.

Trumpet vine?
Quicker than expected, but some women buy shoes, I look for cheap seeds and try to grow them.... buying so many seeds...I'd love it if they'd label it! It took forever to figure out what the shipped seed was. The bar code didn't work and the numbers were iffy. If you need help by the number was 9FG16. I am guessing it's trumpet vine. Will update when I plant in March.
