I haven't been taking this D3 vitamin long enough to know its true efficiency (labs tests will confirm), but was convinced to purchase due to reviews and ingredient quality. Effective Supplement - Highly Recommend
Its difficult to review vitamins, because the effects take a good amount of time and are not always definitive because you take other things for whatever your ailment is. However, for Vitamin D supplement I can say that I consistently tested low on Vitamin D for years. A couple of times so low my doctor prescribed a strong D supplement. Since I have have been taking the Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 & K2, my annual blood work 2 years in a row has my D levels right in the middle of the healthy range. That said I would definitely recommend them.
