Lock does not function after few days
The lock of the lid becomes non-functional in few days. The bottle is useless as it is not opening. There is no way to return or replace the same. Warranty is mentioned but how to contact the seller?

Not leakproof
Bottle does it work and keeps water cool for 6-7 hrs. But leaks from top if slided/tilted down, isn’t leakproof.

Poor Cap Quality & No Return After Customization
Bottle looks good, but the cap quality is very poor. It can break even after a small fall. One-time replacement is available, but the replacement cap is also not durable. Also, customized bottles cannot be returned.
