Good product, read comments
Expensive, but works well for a bed and wheelchair bound patient with bowel issues. Water based rather than oil based. I havent found another one that is water based. Was recommended by the rehab center. Expiration date is only 6 months out, and they are usually delivered with only 3-4 months left within the date.

Very helpful for those with B/C issues
Many years ago, bowel care was a chore for my handicapped son. We tried everything with varying success. Then someone told us about these. What a game changer. He's used them every since and it's 99.9% successful.

Works well
I've been a high functioning quad for 24 years. At Craig hospital (rehab for spinal cord injuries) when I was first injured they used magic bullet suppositories and gave me a script for them when I left. The pharmacist at home had never heard of it and gave me oil based dulcolax. Not knowing the difference I used them for several years. They did what they were supposed to do but it took a long time and was rather messy. Then they stopped working well. I looked up magic bullet and was surprised to find there really was such a thing and promptly switched. The difference has been night and day, 5 minute wait time and usually done in about 30 minutes. They're pretty expensive but worth it

Works Better Than Any Alternative
I am a paraplegic, with a neurogenic bowel. If you know what that means, you know I need assistance in going #2. I have been using these Magic Bullets for literally decades, and they are the only product that works for me. The bisacodyl suppositories from other companies don't work for me, I assume because they are oil-based as opposed to the Magic Bullets. Liquid enemas don't work for me either; they just run out before they can take any effect. I see a few complaints here from people about expiration dates on this product. I don't find the expiration dates on the Magic Bullets to be relevant in any way. They are forced to put those dates on the product, but the dates are virtually meaningless. I typically buy boxes of 100 of the Magic Bullets at a time, and they "expire" almost every time before I can use them all. I have never, ever noticed any decline in effectiveness of them, even months after they supposedly expire. So I don't think anyone should worry about that. These have been a lifesaver for me. I was having problems before I discovered the Magic Bullets. In the 25+ years I've been using them, they have worked for me consistently. Highly recommended for those who need this kind of product.

Something's gone wrong
The latest batch does not work. I don't know if they changes the supplier or manufacturing process, but after using these successfully in the past for a patient with spinal cord injury, this latest batch is simply doing nothing.
