Kept the phone dry!

Last weekend at a birthday float I lost my phone in a river, in about knee deep water. We went yesterday, exactly a week later, and walked the end of the river where I thought I lost it with a Metal detector and FOUND my phone!!! Still dry in the case and working fine!! I still can’t believe we found it and it’s still working!! Was able to recover the pictures we thought we lost from the float!!Note it doesn’t float but does come with a lanyard that you are supposed to keep around neck!! My phone got hot during the float and the case was air tight around my phone before I “lost” dropped it! Which sucked the air “floating capable” out of it.I had a magnet and metal ring pop socket on my phone which is why it was so “ easy” to find with a metal detector plus we are in a drought and no rain meant the river hasn’t gone up in a week.

We purchased 2 of these cases for a trip we took to Costa Rica. We were going to be on the coast so we wanted to make sure our phones were safe from the salt water. These certainly did the job we bought them for. We did notice that when inserting one of our phones (iPhone 7 Plus with a normal vinyl protection cover) it had a tendency to "stick" to the waterproof case making it difficult to get inserted so the latch could be closed. I don't believe this was so much of an issue with the waterproof case as it was with the vinyl case that we had on the iPhone. We did not want to remove the vinyl case before inserting the phone in the waterproof case but had we I'm sure it would have been much easier to get that phone into the case. Since getting back we've seen no sign of salt or sand on either phone. That is the reason for the 5-stars. Protection done right!

The media could not be loaded.  This case had the least negative reviews which is why I chose it. It’s a wonderful deal for a 2 pack! Going to a convention in Vegas and wanted to be able to take my phone/belongings up to the swim up bar at the hotel without any... accidents lol. This case performs amazingly! I put my slim otter box with ring holder in it and had a ton of extra room, put my battery pack case on my phone and still had a pinchable amount of room! Did a 1:30 water test and it passed tremendously! It does float, just not with bulkier cases. Screen is extra clear, I see no difference between screen quality in/out of the bag. It was also easy to take out since I had extra room!Excited to try it at the pool, will update if any issues arise with a long day of use. :)

My fiancee and I swam the beach in Da Nang (My Khe), Vietnam, for several hours with this pouch around our necks. It worked great. I highly recommend this item because it is beautiful and easy to use. Most importantly, it was waterproof. It does float in seawater when we tested it. We both used the Hitcase Splash Waterproof case to provide extra protection and the case fits snuggly in the pouch. My only criticism is that the nylon lanyard could have been made more studier (very thin) and less loose since ocean waves at neck length can cause the pouch slip out of the neck area. Had they included a fastener around the neck area, it would have been a good remedy.

If you're obsessed with water excursions like I am, do yourself a solid and ORDER THIS NOW! I've had this little gem for the past 2 years and it hasn't let me down yet. I initially bought it for a trip to Jamaica. Took my Iphone XS Max for a dip in the Caribbean ocean with this and it survived! No issues, no leaks, great photos, and it stores my cards as well. I took it to a water park in Mexico called Xcaret and used it to dive inside underwater caves and go tubing in a river. Photos and video came out fantastic and the best part...my phone had NO WATER DAMAGE!!!! I absolutely swear by this thing and won't go near any body of water without it! Definitely worth the money! :-D

They seem flimsy, but they get the job done. Instead of using the cheap plastic clip that seems like it will just snap I looped the neck string through the top and through itself and it is pretty durable. When you’re trying to hang up a phone call it trips the sensor keeps shutting off the screen to black like you have the phone to your ear and it’s hard to hang up lolDoes not seem like it floats.

I kept my phone, credit cards, and other small items in these while in the pool on a cruise ship ( I was in the pool a lot) and in the ocean when we were in port. My only complaint is that you couldn’t touch your screen on your phone while underwater.

Al final, es como una bolsita, pero hace justo lo que esperaba que hiciera. Utilicé mi teléfono en albercas, toboganes y playa por una semana sin ninguna filtración de agua ni problemas por la arena. Lo único (y no es en si un problema) es que al tomar fotos en la alberca, el agua de alguna manera "apretaba" botones en la pantalla del teléfono.
