How do get a refund on this? Mine was broken and a mess!

No refund. Your loss. Happened to me and many others.

I ordered 505 green chilis on dec 17 and they were delivered a mess Two of the lids came off. Can i get it delivered again

Ask the distributor. I quit ordering food in glass containers...they always leak or are broken.

Is the lime in this strong? I'm not much of a fan of lime in food

I did not find a noticeable lime taste. However, I enjoy lime flavor and tastes vary quite a bit. But in my opinion, no you should be fine.

What’s the shelf life on this product?

I had one on my shelf for 6months. That is the longest since I eat them fast!
