Convenient and quiet
I use this product daily to nebulize albuterol a bronchodilator. It is easy to use, clean and is very quiet. It can be charged with a USB cable that is included or it will run off of Two AA batteries. It is great for use while traveling as well as at home. It pretty much nebulizes all of the medicine I am thinking of buying a second machine just to have a spare. I would recommend anyone to buy this nebulizer. I am a retired respiratory therapist and was impressed with how well it worked for me

Convenient
Used this about 5 times so far and it’s worked great. Finally able to go do things without being tied to finding an outlet or lugging a big nebulizer around. Glad they sell a replacement cup but wish they sold replacement masks. Found some pediatric ones on amazon, not sure if they will work so I’ll post an update if they do.Tip: remove batteries after every use and always was the medicine cup and mask. Also parts should be replaced every month.

Terrific BUT plenty of problems
12/28/2018Finally got it right (I think and hope.) I purchased a portable power supply ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078LSPGP1/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ), its case ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0716NSZHS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ), and multi-use power cord ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C5KQD5I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ), then put nebulizer and cord in a carry case ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BFTWSRC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) large enough to carry the unit plus plenty (40) of neb vials (discarded custom case padding.)The power supply is tiny, but stores sufficient energy to power the nebulizer MANY times, and is rechargeable via USB. Its case fits perfectly. The cord fits both nebulizer and power supply. The extras will contain any of several mesh-type nebulizers at Amazon. Advice: Some sellers ignorantly call them "steam" units, which are the same thing, but of course don't generate any hot steam - search for "nebulizer mesh steam", and they'll all show up.12/22/2018Growing to a love-hate relationship. The unit is tiny, effective, and fast. Its electronics seem to be first-rate. However, life's not so easy.:1) See my initial list of suggested revisions below.2) Now the *^&%# battery compartment lid has fallen completely apart - lousy design, with cheap flex "hinges" rather than more rugged pins - now it'll only run via its power jack.3) The power cord isn't available as a replacement, so I had to shop here at amazon for a replacement. The socket in the unit is designed for a 3.5mm barrel connector. Found that, and chose one with a range of different (interchangeable) diameters.4) OK - so the battery compartment can't hold batteries - now what? I chose a Poweradd 20,000mah rechargeable battery pack to carry along as a truly portable power supply. The new cord and power supply are another investment, but they should last a long time. Not happy with the stupid open battery compartment. Going through all of this because I'm truly satisfied with the design and performance of the medication delivery system - have tried and rejected a couple of other brands, and absolutely refuse to use a noisy compressor type.Actual performance = "stellar", but attendant problems require infinite patience and expensive go-arounds, which leads to me to reduce the overall rating, in my view, to only 3 stars. A pain in the neck, but the best system I've found....so far.=============================================================This machine is beautifully crafted, and well designed. Fast and easy to use. Best of all, it's truly silent. If it continues to perform this well, I'll be happy and grateful to buy another when it finally wears out (IF that proves to be anything over 2 years.) Remarkably simple to clean only the liquid cup rather than the four parts typical of compressor-types. Instructions and commentary are notably well-written in English by a person who's not a native English speaker - a true blessing. The unit weighs "nothing" and is so small that storage isn't an issue. Truly a remarkable machine. USB operation at phone-charging voltage is a godsend.Warning: This unit is sensitive to liquid presence in the cup, and will shut off when there's no medication remaining - the only rational approach. There are similar-looking competitive units with timers, which will stay on for too long or too short a period, having nothing to do with available remaining liquid. Be on the lookout, as the implication isn't easily appreciated by non-tech users. However, I've a few complaints/concerns. Some may appear on surface to be trivial, but I'm offering them as feedback to the seller & manufacturer in hopes that replacement models might have been redesigned to cope with:1) There are no replacement parts available other than the liquid cup, or "head." Would greatly appreciate availability of replacement cord and mouthpiece in addition. Other users might need a mask(s.)2) There's already a persistent failure to operate which is "cured" by twisting the male cord plug in the base socket - which augurs ominously for early failure. It suggests poor socket/plug interface, or a failing internal connection within the base unit. Holding my breath.3) Am concerned that cleaning for the usual hard water evaporation products (that is, minute lime scale) will be insufficient, as our water is laced with silica, not calcium carbonate. If there is build-up, it quite possibly could result in early failure. Am certain that will happen, but time is yet to offer a measure of related reliability in my locale. (The easy solution is simply early replacement of the liquid cup, which will affect actual cost of operation.4) Though the design of the unit is a triumph, there's a slip, in that the operating lamps are both centered under the discharge nozzle, making them invisible to the user expecting to see them wink out when the cup becomes empty. It would be much more sensible to spread them and place them away from center so as to be partially visible while the unit's operating.5) Battery (two AA) life is less than one day at 20ml/day usage. Although it would increase ultimate cost, I'd prefer to see that space occupied by a modern rechargeable Li-ion battery that could survive atomization of at least 20ml of fluid (a probable day's service.) That's the only way to make it truly portable.6) Finally, there is no contact number or address, no brand name, no service, etc. It's obviously made for sale by hordes of minor resellers, and with no concern for customer service. If it lasts, it will only have been a pig in a poke, but a lucky choice If not, it's just an expensive little gadget to throw out - we shall see.

Works great!
I use this for my albuterol and ipratropium inhalations. It works very well. The only draw back is the collection of humidification that spills into my mouth when I forget to drain it. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this device.

Excellent nebulizer
Purchased this for mobile use and power outages at home during hurricane season. It works well, very fine mist, and will use all the medication in the bowel. It is not a high volume mist like with a pump unit, but it does a fine job for what I want.

Dangerous condensation causes mouth full of meds
Pros:Very quietAll medication in cup is usedSmallEasy to usebattery and cord operationCons:The machine did not start right away. I had to reseat the topthe masks are very tinythe mouth piece has medication condense and pool, very dangerousI got this the other day. At first, I thought it was broken as it did not run with batteries or USB. I had removed and put the top back on then it worked like w charm. The face mask is really small. Almost unusable. The mouth piece was awesome but I soon found the mist condensed on it causing medication to pool in the mouthpiece. I tilted a bit and got a mouthful of medication. VERY dangerous imagine this happening to a child!! I tried again and it did it again. Very bad design. I wish I had bought another device
