Great flavor!
This sugar is perfect for tea. It reminds me of the little coffee shops in Amsterdam. Iโm of the opinion that beet sugar has a better flavor than cane sugar and it goes well with brewed teas.

Amazing
There's just something really neat about offering rock sugar at a tea party. They do take a while to dissolve fully, though, so I always put them in with the tea leaves before brewing instead of adding them afterward. They are indistinguishable in appearance from the cane rock sugar I used to buy (see pic: cane sugar on the left, this beet rock sugar on the right), although I fancied they tasted a bit sweeter (that might've been my imagination, however). It is definitely economical to buy by the pound. I am glad I am able to subscribe so I can get them on a regular basis.
