First impression: the grip is well-made, fits perfectly, and can be installed and removed using a coin, you do not need a Allen (hex) wrench. I mounted my camera on an Arca-swiss compatible tripod head, and it worked just fine. It looks great. The bracket does not make it harder to remove the SD card, unlike for instance the Olympus grip for the PEN-F.Two things I noticed:- the grip part is made out of wood, and it’s finished with a very slippery coating. I put a strip of gaffer tape on it as an experiment, which made it far less slippery. I will need to figure out something more permanent, and better-looking.- the shape of the wooden grip is not a perfect fit for my hands, but it’s better and more secure than gripping the camera by itself.The plate adds a little to the height of the camera, but the width stays almost the same.So: 5 stars for use as a tripod bracket, 5 stars for looks, 3-4 stars for use as a grip.All in all I’m happy with it.It took 2 weeks for my package to arrive.UPDATE: After a few days I removed the gaffer tape, and now the grip seems a bit less slippery. I walked around carrying the camera for 4 hours yesterday without my hand cramping up (I do use a wrist strap for safety). I’ll give it a solid 4 stars.
