Definitely waterproof - just be careful not to loose any because this comes at the cost of them being quite slippery, even with the added texture.

Waterproof cards
I love the feel of the cards. That are a hair smaller than regular card size and are a little hard to see. I like them but have to get used to the slickness of them.

Did not come in right color
I ordered these and they came in bronze and silver. Not gold / yellow as advertised. Disappointed but they are great quality. Very slippery though.
