Does this work in LG ezdispense washing machines. (Apparently should only use un-concentrated with auto dispense)

I am not sure I understood your question. I use this fabric softer as my usual fabric softener and I measure as per usual. The fragrance is beautiful and not chemical like comfort which was a brand I used before. The fragrance last on clothes that I wash. I highly recommend this product alongside other products from ecover.

Can i use this in our auto dispensing washing machine

I use it in the Miele twin do's and it works fine. You just have to buy the Miele refillable containers.

Are the Cationic Surfactants or any other of the ingredients derived from animal fats? Is this product tested on animals?

As far as I am aware and according to product information the softener is made of all plant based and mineral ingredients.
