Very disappointed
My son had this bike for 3 months and the back axle broke. My son weighs less than 80 pounds and had a Jetson for 3 years with no issues. Would not recommend this bike

Get double battery very durable
Great durable bike that goes fast enough but the mileage if you are in mode 3 if not great giving 13-16 miles total. Get double battery for Shure.

Nice bike
Nice bike. Aftermarket support. Easily upgraded. *edit* started making strange noises after 2 months. If the seller makes it right somehow I’ll put the rating back to 5 stars. Second edit. Seller sent a brand new motor quickly.

Not what we were expecting….
Unfortunately this bike has not held up as we had hoped. We have had to make multiple adjustments and buy after market parts. The kickstand broke at the metal within the first month-this will need welding to be fixed, the screen stopped working within 2 months and the battery doesn’t last more than 6-7 miles. Our son is 14 and typically rides pavement or gravelroads. It is fun to ride but isn’t the quality we were expecting.

Great E-Bike!!
Bike has been riding since Christmas.. we had an issue with the an error code. I contacted Macfox and they responded quickly with a replacement part along with how to videos. Other than that the bike has been great.. Customer Service has been awesome getting back to me quickly.Thank you Macfox..

Don’t buy it. Product is poor and customer service is terrible
Terrible customer service, motor stopped working and the company sent 2 motors already that don’t work at all. Error 36 continue to appear in the screen and customer service is helpless, transfer back and forth to “specialists” that ask for exactly the same information already provided, with no resolution whatsoever. When you ask about refund, they simply don’t respond. Terrible company. Don’t buy from them.
