This blows cold and it helps a lot as I live in Florida, but I have issues with the clip-on part specifically. Whenever I clip it to my belt loops, the air flow gets restricted pretty fast. There's not much of a noise and its battery life lasted me an entire weekend of being out.

Arctic is a very deceiving name. It blows air. Not strong even on the highest setting and it’s lukewarm air at best. I wasn’t expected to have icicles hanging but I did expect something to actually help stay cooler in the car loop during duty on these extremely hot, Texas days.

A life saver, love this. Use it while I cook. I am elderly and get tired and hot easily. I keep this charged and use frequently. It is small and portable but quite powerful and cools me down quickly anywhere I need it. It is a little noisy and my husband complains a little. Also, I haven’t had it for a long while and it is making an unusual noise that may indicate a new one may be needed. However, I would deem it a necessity.

Lifesaver. This little thing helps tremendously when it’s hot. I do vendor events and they can be extremely hot in the summer. This little fan helped a lot last summer. Very quiet. Battery lasted the entire event. Usually 6 to 8 hours. Just clip to your pants and aim up your shirt. That easy. Keeps you cool.
