The item is delivered with only 30 days to expire. This is cheating.

Bought it for the first time. Kids liked it. Second time I bought another organic brand but kids preferred this one. So ordered it again. Finishes off very fast in my house. Delivery is prompt. My only concern with delivery of foodstuff by Amazon is that the delivery vans are not air conditioned fully. So products get baked in the 45+ degrees C temperature here while they arrive.

As I brought first packed was good but second delivery was disappointed it was come with 2 broken jar out of 3 orders

I use this in place of sugar in a lot of recipes. Maple has a great flavor, and I don't know if it is any better for me than White Sugar, but I like to think so. I also just like the flavor. It is like Brown sugar but not quite as bitter. I use this in Chili, Sloppy Joes, BBQ Sauce, anything that would normally have some sugar that is paired with meat. I also use it as a base when making ant traps... but most people don't make ant traps so it is unlikely you will use it for that. In any event this is a great maple syrup at a great price, and you shouldn't think of it as just for pancakes. It is great in cookies, oatmeal, sauces, and anything you would use sugar, especially brown sugar for.
