Can this be used over aluminum to prevent oxidation

I shot a couple coats over two trim strips of aluminum on my car that had been engine-turned (overlapping decorative swirl pattern). It's been almost a month of (mostly) indoor and occasional outdoor exposure, and so far, it's holding up well with no yellowing or adhesion issues.

what is the actual drying time 1 or 2 hours? a can i have claims 2 hours.

2 hours is safe, but I've found this stuff is very humidity-sensitive regarding curing time. Dryness is way better than simply time in getting a quality result.

Does "urethane modified" mean this can be used over urethane-based paints?

It is strange that Amazon sent a purely technical question to an ordinary buyer. And I'll probably get it wrong. It is my understanding that the clear coat is guaranteed to be formulated for the Duplicolor family of products. On top of other paint, even if it is based on urethane, it may peel off.
