Lucky to have a smaller thin elastic I have had for years since this helps. Wow, I work in it and come out of it with nice sweat all around my middle. Feels good, comfortable in all movements. Did poke a finger hole at one seam in early attempts getting it on, but I am confident it will last or I will get another one with what I have learned. Only a few days use, but I feel the change starting to happen. Doesn't come with any use manual or tips... so go into it slowly until you find your way. I was starting out not heavy fat stomach, using other rigs over a couple of years, so do be careful. If you start feeling uncomfortable... take it off and put it on an off until you start feeling okay with it and this is a tip for any of these devices. Oh... and there are three sets of hoops for the hooks so you have some working space to improve. I thought this was very clever. Front has a bit of a rise in the middle that fits comfortably and nicely with your ribs. Final tip...It doesn't have to be extremely tight to work, start out in the large settings. Buy the right size. If it doesn't work then order the next size that might and let desertcart take the other back. they are cheap enough. It' worth it. Oh... and yes... if you are wanting to tune your stomach and all, maintain a trimmed diet as well. And... exercise... exercise. Don't have to be extreme, just set up simple routine exercises. Body build if you are after body builder style, I just want trimmed down waist and I am starting to get there. Review: Great Men's Shapewear! - This was my first time ordering a piece of men's shapewear! I initially ordered the size XL for myself, as my weight flcutuates and my waist size varied between large and extra large, so I assumed XL would be better. When I got the product, however, it was a little bit large on me. My father, however, has been looking for a product like this for a while, so I gave it to him, and it fit him perfectly! He was very comfortable to sit in it, and it was hidden very well beneath his clothes, but also helped with his posture and in shaping his back, which he loved! The steel-bone design was perfect, as well, and very easy to put on! I very much intend to buy a smaller size for myself at some point, too, as this product seems very nice to use. Highly recommended! ## Features - Waist trimmer belt constructed by neoprene material which can enhance sweat by retaining body heat whilte you are training, give you a push to elevate workout and train you to drop some extra fat on waist, promote body weight loss. - Weight loss waist cincher boost body temperature to ramp up perspiration, accelerate calories burning and shed the harmful fat along with sweat while workout, shrink your waistline, flatten stomach and build muscle to improve body image. - Waist trainer corset with 9 steel bones provides extra brace support for abdominal muscles and lower back, help release pressure on waist and enhance muscle mobility without bothering, firm structure tighten your abdomen to achieve toning effect. - Tummy control shaper with 3 adjustble hooks allow you to control the compression you need, durable and stretchable fabric provide wide cover to hold tummy well and smooth out the lumps and bumps on waist, help get rid of the stubborn belly fat . - If you want to maximize fat loss potential and reshape body in better condiction, this shapewear is your soluction which help burn more fat, relieve back pain and correct posture, it is ideal for workout exercise, sports, running and lifting. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07DVT1R1D | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Apparel Closure Type | Hook and Eye | | Best Sellers Rank | #625,143 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #554 in Waist Trimmers | | Brand Name | TAILONG | | Care instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 2,461 Reviews | | Fabric Type | This item only can be hand wash and hang dry. I think the next time I order it I’ll get it even a smaller size since my waist training journey is slightly different. This waist trainer does it’s job for the support and shaping of someone who wants to lose some inches during their workouts. It wasn’t hard at all to put on :) I would definitely recommend it to my friends. ## Frequently Bought Together - TAILONG Men Waist Trainer Belt Workout for Body Weight Loss Fitness Fat Burner Trimmer Band Back Support - GainKee 100% Latex Men Waist Trainer Corsets With Steel Bone Sweat Belt Sauna Suit For Fitness Body Shaper - BVVU Waist Trainer Trimmer for Men,Mens Waist Trainer Tummy Control Sweat Wrap --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/71255801-tailong-men-waist-trainer-belt-workout-for-body-weight-loss](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/71255801-tailong-men-waist-trainer-belt-workout-for-body-weight-loss) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
